1. Who is responsible
Aleksandr Koshcheev, an individual doing business under the trade name "Digitales" ("Digitales", "we"), with an address at Av. Adolfo López Mateos Sur 5060, Piso 4, Despacho D, Interior A, Col. Miguel de la Madrid, C.P. 45239, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: hola@digitales.mx.
2. What we collect
When you submit the contact form on digitales.mx:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your WhatsApp or phone number, if you choose to give it;
- your type of business;
- the message you write.
To protect the form from abuse, we store an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, not the address itself. Cloudflare's bot check processes your IP address and technical browser data to tell people from automated programs.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in your message.
3. Why we use it
To handle your request:
- to reply to your message and follow up;
- to prepare and send you a proposal, if you ask for one;
- to send you a confirmation that we got your message;
- to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We don't use your data for advertising or mass mailings, and we don't sell it.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, database and bot check;
- Resend — email delivery.
Their servers may be located outside Mexico, including in the United States.
People who work with the responsible party at Digitales may access your data only to handle your request.
Your data may be transferred to the company that the founders of Digitales set up, so that it can continue handling your request or the business relationship. By submitting the form, you agree to this transfer.
Beyond these cases, we will only share your data when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
12 months from the day you submit the form. After that we delete it, unless we have started a business relationship; in that case we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods the law requires.
6. Your rights and your consent
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights under Mexican law), and you can withdraw your consent or limit how we use your data. Email hola@digitales.mx from the address you used in the form and tell us what you need. We reply within 20 days and, if your request applies, carry it out within the following 15 days.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
digitales.mx doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. If you pick a language, we save that choice in a technical cookie. Cloudflare's bot check may use its own technologies to work.
8. Changes to this notice
We will publish any change on this page, with a new version and date.
9. Authority
If you believe your rights were not respected, you can contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, Mexico's authority for personal data held by private parties.
